Os vencedores dos MTV Movie Awards 2012 já foram revelados. Os filmes juvenis "The Hunger Games" e "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" foram os grandes vencedores da noite ao vencerem, respectivamente, quatro e dois prémios. "The Hunger Games" dominou nas categorias da representação, ao passo que "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" venceu os muito cobiçados prémios de Melhor Filme e Melhor Beijo.
