Os vencedores dos Satellite Awards 2010 foram anunciados. “The Social Network” venceu o Satellite Award de Melhor Filme e David Fincher o de Melhor Realizador. “Scott Pilgrim Vs The World” foi considerado o Melhor Filme de Comédia e “Inception” foi o maior derrotado destes Satellite Awards porque só arrecadou dois prémios secundários.
