O Portal Cinema pretende premiar os melhores filmes nacionais e internacionais que estrearam em Portugal durante 2010 mas também pretende avaliar as tendências cinematográficas do público português, assim sendo, é fundamental que vote nos seus filmes favoritos na nossa barra lateral até porque queremos saber a sua opinião sobre a vasta oferta cinematográfica deste ano.
